Kitchen, fireplace and a large outdoor patio, ideal for a picnic with family or friends.

The Exteriors

The structure is in Neapolitan yellow tuff stone (which dates back to 35,000 years ago), is independent and is located at the ground floor, without stairs or architectural barriers.

Outside the house there is an outdoor patio with barbecue, table and a rocking chair.

The Livingroom

The entrance of the house opens onto the living room with fireplace where you will find an extendable table, a sofa bed and a bunk bed.

The flat screen TV is located on the drawer unit close to the window, on the opposite side is the fridge with the oven.

The WiFi connection is present in the house and in other points of the estate.

The windows are double glazed with mosquito net.

From the Living Room with Fireplace to the Double Bedroom

Fireplace

The fireplace adds a touch of warmth and familiarity to the living room.

To ensure safety you will find a detector of carbon monoxide.

In addition to the fireplace, the air conditioning and the convectors offer an ideal temperature in both winter and summer.

The Kitchen

In the two-room apartment there is a small kitchen with two burners and a sink. In the cabinets you will find plates and crockery as well as moka, coffee, oil, etc.

In the living room you will find a small chest of drawers with cutlery and the refrigerator with the small electric oven.

Also available is the barbecue outside.

Should you need additional cooking utensils, we will provide them for you.

The Beds

The two-room apartment has 6 bed spots in total, in addition to the double room there are 4 single beds in the living room: two on the sofa bed and two on the bed bunk.

Sheets and blankets are included. There are extra blankets available in the wardrobe.

The Breakfast

Italian breakfast: biscuits, marmelade, butter, milk, fruit juices, coffee, tea. In summer it is possible to directly pick seasonal fruit.

In case of intolerances we can customize the breakfast upon request.
